By introducing (elements of) agility frameworks these clients were able to make it their way of working, suitable to deliver better services and products for their customers. In these assignments I trained and coached internal people so that my efforts could be phased out.

The concept of Tabata is developed by professor Izumi Tabata, as a training method for Olympic athletes. Research has shown that this high intensity method is the best way to build up both cardio and muscle. Tabata is suitable for every level of fitness, as long as the concept is applied. You can choose the exercises yourself and scale up if needed.
